CASE STUDY — SKINCARE & HAIRCARE · DAMASCUS · MMXXVI

L'OVÉLY Beauty

A Syrian factory went to market with one logo.
This page documents the system built around it.

LOVELY BEAUTY — a factory specialising in skincare and haircare products

BRIEF

Entering the Syrian market with a professional digital presence — from zero

SCOPE

Positioning · identity · design system · AI production · content and ads · catalogue · two sales platforms

YEAR

2026 — work continuing

CHAPTER 01 — POINT ZERO

Point zero: a logo file.

All the client had at the first meeting was a logo. A factory running for years, products ready for the shelf — and no market identity, no accounts, not one digital sales channel inside Syria.

The L'OVÉLY BEAUTY logo file — the only starting point

From this one file — the entire system was produced. Every image below was designed during the project.

CHAPTER 02 — DIRECTION

Direction before any pixel.

Before the design: marketing consulting defined the brand's positioning and its direction in the Syrian market, and the audience it addresses first.

A brand with a French face and Syrian manufacturing, speaking directly to the woman buying it: a product made locally, to specifications that hold against the imported one. The positioning was written before the first post — so every output came out of one decision.

«Made with love»

The line printed on every pack — written as part of the identity work

CHAPTER 03 — DESIGN SYSTEM

One system. One hand.

All outputs — from a small Story to a full catalogue — pass through locked rules: a palette taken from the product's own colours, two type families, and the rule of «weight instead of colour» in headings.

Weight instead of colourALEXANDRIA
TENOR SANS · SPACEDLABELS

The locked rule: headlines carry their weight through type weight, not loud colour, and the Latin sits as a spaced label above the Arabic — no competition between the two voices.

CHAPTER 04 — THE EDITORIAL FACE

A magazine cover, not a pharmacy shelf.

Eight editorial covers for the first hyaluronic collection: one model, a dusty rose background and serif headlines — seven products and the collection box, in one visual language that never shifts.

Cover — Rose Water
Cover — Face Wash
Cover — Face Cream
Cover — Sugar Scrub

CHAPTER 05 — THE VIRTUAL STUDIO

A full studio, with no set and no lens.

The model, the lighting, the set and the short films — all generated by AI to the campaign's identity. Production quality that sits beside any local campaign, without a single day of shooting.

Disclosure: every face and scene in this chapter was generated by AI as part of the campaign production — there is no real photography in it.

CHAPTER 06 — THE CONSTRAINT

Paid ads do not run from inside Syria.
So we ran them from outside.

Accounts for the brand were opened from the UAE, and the paid campaigns are run from there — to an audience inside Syria. A quiet operating structure that solves a constraint the client cannot change.

The accounts

The social accounts were created and verified from the UAE — ready to run any paid campaign from day one.

The campaigns

Paid campaigns are run and switched on from the UAE accounts, and targeting is set to the Syrian audience.

Operations

Publishing, replies and reporting are run remotely every day — the client sees the results without dealing with the structure behind them.

CHAPTER 07 — CONTENT IN SERVICE

Daily content — out of the same system.

Content and publishing plan on the brand's new account: teaching through the ingredients, proof through the product, and measured promotion — every post passes through the system's rules before it goes out.
