An industrial raw-materials supplier in Damascus who wanted to own his digital trade outright — no subscription, no shared domain, no imposed template.
We moved their trade from a rented platform to a system they own.
Their database, their own domain, and a store and admin dashboard cut to the shape of their business — run by their decision alone. That is the story: digital independence.
A browsing experience
that never loses the customer
A multi-category catalogue, fast search, and responsive browsing on desktop and phone — so no customer walks away from a purchase because of a difficult interface.
Features cut to their ambitions — not ready-made templates.
Wholesale and retail together
Two prices and two discounts per product, and the customer orders both in one basket. Switched on from the dashboard with a single tap.
Priced sizes
«Packaging classes»: several priced sizes inside a single product, without creating a product for every size.
Linked accessories
Every product page shows the accessories that fit it — the customer sees what completes the order at that very moment.
Hundreds of products, organised by category and search — on their own domain.
Payment on the terms
of the local market
Cash on delivery, Sham Cash, a local transfer, or collection from the premises. And on confirmation: an instant invoice, and the full order sent to the group's WhatsApp as a ready-made message.
All a customer needs to order with confidence — from browsing to invoice.
Browse and search
Instant search, hierarchical categories, and a grid that adapts from two columns to four.
Two prices, one tap
A retail/wholesale toggle recalculates the price and the pack unit on the card itself.
A counter for every size
They pick several priced sizes at once, each size a separate line in the basket.
Product accessories
They see what the product works with and add its accessories from its page.
Dynamic filters
Built automatically from the attributes of the category's products, multi-select.
A basket that never gets lost
It survives a reload and a sign-in, and carries a savings banner.
Orders and tracks
Ordering without registration, and tracking every order by phone number alone.
As an app
It installs on the phone as an app that opens straight into the store.
Wholesale prices are exclusive — open to approved trade customers only.
Some categories keep their prices hidden from the public. The trade customer sees «Price hidden» and requests access through a form carrying their company details; you review it and open the prices — and they appear automatically every time that customer signs in.
Hidden price
In place of the price and the buy button, an invitation to activate appears.
Accreditation form
Smart validation of his Syrian number and 14 governorates.
The price appears
The prices of the permitted categories open to him alone.
Reviewed within 24–48 hours
The order arrives
as a ready WhatsApp message
On confirmation a complete WhatsApp message is composed — order number, items, total, and the invoice link — and sent to the group with one tap. We turned WhatsApp from a chat into an order engine, with no complicated system in between.
An instant invoice,
and tracking without an account
A printable PDF invoice — its density adapts automatically so it stays on one page however many lines it carries, with retail/wholesale badges on every row. And the customer tracks all their orders by phone number alone, and reorders with one tap — no password, no email.
The store owner's own control room.
Full admin screens — products, prices, team, search radar
Product management
Retail and wholesale price, two discounts, priced sizes, dynamic filters, product linking, an image gallery ordered by drag.
Orders
Seven states; confirmation deducts stock and a return restores it; an invoice and a WhatsApp message for every order.
Categories
An unlimited hierarchical tree, price locking and hiding per category, four types of search filter, and SEO.
B2B wholesale prices
An approval gate: the customer requests the locked prices, and the admin approves category by category.
Team and permissions
Sixteen permissions in five groups, nine of them high-risk, and a staff invitation by email with deferred activation.
Content management
Edit every text on the site from one place, without code, and the design stays intact.
Shipping and payment
Shipping and transfer companies, and Sham Cash with a barcode — built for the reality of the local market.
Search radar
Every search is logged, and a search with no results is flagged red — a decision to widen the range, not just a record.
Product management that holds pricing, sizes, and linking on one screen.
- A retail price and a wholesale price, two separate discounts, with a live preview of the discounted price
- «Packaging classes»: several priced sizes inside a single product
- A gallery of up to 15 images with drag ordering and an automatic watermark
- Product and accessory linking, and dynamic search filters per category
A price gate
for wholesale
Wholesale prices are locked away from the public. The trade customer submits an access request under their company name and line of business, the admin reviews the file, then opens the prices to them — category by category, not all or nothing — and it manages that access and withdraws it later. An enterprise-grade differential pricing mechanism, and the commercial heart of the platform.
Sixteen fine-grained permissions — nine of them flagged «danger».
Every button in the dashboard shows or hides according to the user's permissions. You invite a staff member by email, they become a member automatically on first sign-in, and you grant only what suits their role — the high-risk actions (deleting, editing prices, exporting customers) are granted deliberately.
